About the Book
About the Book: Costa Rica is culturally and naturally one of the most captivating areas of Central America to photograph. The interaction of the people, landscape, nature, coastline, and waterways creates a diverse array of photographic opportunities. This book is one in a planned series depicting our photographic exploration of this spectacular country. The images in Costa Rica - Volume 1 were captured in the winter during January and February. This book serves as a travel guide to great photographic opportunities featuring mountain, rain forest, and coastal scenery; wildlife; adventure sporting activities; towns and cities; and cultural sites. We also provide detailed information and tips on photo techniques, camera settings, and framing/composition.
