Laurie Grant lives in the mountains of Blue Ridge, Georgia with her husband and three children. They also have an adopted daughter who is married and lives in Tennessee. Laurie homeschools their children and teaches a "Getting Going With Writing" class to 3-5th graders. This book is a result of teaching that class. She enjoys reading, Bible study, hiking, playing games with her family, baking bread, playing around with photography, and art. She loves to talk about Jesus, and looks forward to His soon return.
