4260 BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPHERS GUILD is a versatile and dynamic group of photographic artists devoted to the black and white fine art photograph created with traditional methods - film negatives and darkroom printing. Along with their unique and varied perspectives, 4260 photographers share both a devotion to and a passionate love of black and white film. Long regarded as a magical, lyrical medium, black and white film photography has the ability to grip the imagination with delight and intrigue.The Guild’s intent is to keep this medium alive and thriving in the digital age. Within 4260 Black and White Photographers Guild Issue 1, you’ll find a compilation of each members imagery, showcasing twenty-four talented and insightful photographers. The Guild showcases its member's work in exhibitions at A Studio Gallery, a gallery devoted solely to black and white film photography.
