About the Book
Lonesome Polecat Rampage 1980 chronicles the adventures and antics of many of the characters who attended the 17th annual long weekend and ramp feed at Shot Cherry Cabin, a remote woodlands retreat nestled in a grove of spruce in the shadow of the highest point in West Virginia. This is a revised draft of the first edition and contains only minor changes, chief among these the substitution of the names John Hartman and Horace Bonniville in the caption on page 40. Also, a brief description of how one gets to Shot Cherry by Dr. Donald Roberts has been added to page 2. Those who have purchased a first edition will not be missing much if they don't buy this one.
