About the Book
Dolphin strand feeding is a unique behavior a group of estuary dolphin living near Seabrook and Kiawah Island, SC have mastered. It is a spectacular and rare event captured by the author in photographs taken over a period of five years. Together the Atlantic bottlenose dolphin herd a school of fish onto the banks, rush onto the shore, feed, and then return to the ocean. You can experience this amazing and unique assault, which has been passed down through generations of lowcounty dolphin, through the beautiful photography in this book.
