About the Book
I was stuck, trying to produce a book on our recent visit to Japan... having done a blog, it was mentally like trying to put tootthpaste back into the tube and produce a bicycle.
So I got up on a Sunday morning and decided to break the ice, with a little book about my visual surrounds at home. Hope you like it! It brought me to see more clearly the things I brush past daily, to connect with the colour and the magic selectivity of photographic images... and a week later I'm finishing the Japan book, hooray. And it wasn't a bicycle, or a baby, it's just a light impression of what can be done off the main track in Japan in a few very comfortable days.
