About the Book
Mickey enjoyed being a jungle cruise skipper for Disneyland. Taking guests on their adventure of a lifetime was not only fun but fulfilling for him. In 2009 he and another skipper were chosen to represent Disneyland at a special international event in Tokyo, Japan. He left his "happy place" in 2010 to go to a needed place with his children and new granddaughter, Liberty. His needed place has now become his happy place and taking Libby on adventures around the block, to the grocery store, or to the zoo (their favorite) is now his happy job. But he still hopes to work many summers in the future on the Jungle Cruise. Meanwhile, he enjoys creating wall art from photographs he took along the Rivers of the World. He makes these pieces of art available online and now is displaying them in ROTWART GALLERY: Into the Mist, as a coffee-table version of his online gallery. In it he guides his readers through the pages just as he used to guide his passengers through the jungle. It is filled with Jungle Skipper humor, and is an excellent was for you to enjoy his art and share it with others, as you decide which parts of the River you want to place on your wall. Enjoy
