About the Creator
I have always been interested in writing. I got hooked with poetry in College and it was my form of escape when the pressure of having to know each important disease and its treatment modality became too overwhelming. Writing. And yes... partying. The typical escapist. More than two years after having voluntarily transplanted myself from the Islands, I found myself in a crossroad: leaving my nursing career behind in order to answer yet another calling: to become a healer once more. To wear the white coat again and earn back my MD initials. Being nurse in the ED and ICU was my inspiration for my latest work: The Nurse is IN.
