About the Book
Australian father and son Bob and Brendan Watt set out on a 1,000 year old pilgrim trail, walking from France to the Spanish city of Santiago de Compostela. This is the photographic record of their 800 kilometer walk over 32 days, as they follow Roman roads westward to the burial place of the Apostle Saint James. Their journey takes them through ancient villages, into deep forests, across Roman bridges, and back through time to experience the humble way of life of a medieval pilgrim.
They found the Camino de Santiago to be the experience of a lifetime.
This is their daily photographic record.
