This is a photography book displaying the beautiful and unique places and scenes in our south eastern part of Virginia. Having grown up in Hampton and Newport News, this author has lived in Smithfield, Virginia for the lst 30 years. She lives right on the beautiful James River. Amazing shots from the Sunrises and Sunsets and storms, ice and snow to the beautiful calm and quiet and even the birds and some animals are portrayed to show others just how much beauty lies around us. From the ships of the Idle Fleet to the Headstones in Bacons Castle cemetary which is located just over the Surry Line. The different colors and shots of some of the sames scenes are just amazing.
