About the Book
‘Dédale’ - in Latin Daedalus - is a series of photographs of the historic Grésigne forest and its surroundings in the Tarn area of France.
Glover’s photographs present the Grésigne Forest as a kind of labyrinth, which, like the mind, is in a constantly evolving process of change. Change can be frightening, but it is ultimately an essential part
of our personal evolution and the human condition. As with the myth of Dédale, our entrapment can be confronted
and human ingenuity provides the means of renewal, even escape.
