About the Book
A collage a day for 100 consecutive days, December 19, 2015–march 27, 2016.
I shot color film for years, and had it processed at whatever 1-hour photo processing shop was closest to my house. I always got double prints and over the years i accumulated bins of them out in my garage. Because i archived the first set of prints—complete with memories—I was free to do whatever i wanted with the second set. In September 2015 I began to cut them up and make a collage every day. Not everything in every collage is a photograph—as the series continued i incorporated scraps of paper, parts of make-ready sheets, colored tape, and paint chips with evocative names.
After the first 100 days i made a book. This is the book of the second 100 days.
