About the Book
This story takes place in Zootleland, a magical world full of little creatures called Gazoots. They live in a great pickleberry tree where they celebrate every season with a Pickleberry Festival. All the Gazoots are part of it, both young and old and it is the best thing that happens in the tree. Toaki, a yearling Gazoot, and her friends are always excited to help. This season things are different. Changing interests pull the group of friends apart and they are afraid the Pickleberry Festival will be nothing but trouble for them. Can they find a way to be themselves and still friends? Or will their friendships just fall apart?
This is a picture book for everyone. The vocabulary might be difficult to understand so I recommend children seven and under read it with an adult or dictionary.
