About the Book
Incarnational missions looks big, well, it is quite big, but we have an example of what it looks like in perfect form. Jesus. His life, from a vulnerable baby with an umbilical cord, to his sacrificial death on the cross, is that perfect form of what incarnational missions looks like, behaves like, feels like.
That is what Joel VanDyke, missionary with Christian Reformed World Missions, is striving for in Guatemala in his day to day work with those he ministers with and those he teaches.
Incarnational missions is the "with", not the "to" and the "for".
Incarnational missions is seeing and loving the world, and its people, the way God sees and loves His world and His people.
Incarnational missions is looking into the heart of a city, a country, and seeing where it's pain is , its hope lies, and God's Heart for it rests.

For the past number of years I have been dabbling in photography as a personal outlet for my artistic side. When my husband and I moved to Nicaragua I realized that I have the opportunity to share life through photography with those home in North America. I hope you enjoy my photobooks, they are created with intent.
