Growing up in today's global village is a big challenge for today's children. At a tender age, children are exposed to a multilingual, multicultural environment that has no boundaries. Television, cable news, internet communications and other multimedia advances allow children in one continent to experience events in other continents without leaving their own rooms. News and current events are delivered in multiple languages.



"A Star Story" is a series of bilingual books intended to expose and illustrate the universal themes of sharing, friendship and companionship with the backdrop of a child’s feelings of loneliness and need for attention in the middle of a bustling, complicated world. The story is told through the eyes of two shooting star children who meet along the Milky Way. Each of the book series features a specific language pair.
