About the Book
The book also documents the history of my ancestors, as well as the history of the town, the history of the railway responsible for
getting my ancestors to Chelmsford, and the mining industry as I experienced it.
2009 marks the 50th year since I left home to go to the University of Toronto to study Industrial Engineering. So my memories may not always be complete or accurate, and they may not always agree with others' recollections of how things were.
So I caution all the readers to keep in mind that I titled this "As I Remember...", because right or wrong, it is the way I remember "growing up on the farm"
