About the Book
Growing up is hard and doing it with the stress of a sibling with cancer makes it even harder. I know because I have spent most of my life as the sibling of a kid with cancer. I am proud to be able to publish the second edition of The Sibling Story Project, containing stories from 16 siblings of kids that have or had cancer.
These siblings, including myself, have shared their stories of how they have coped with their family situations, their fears, and their experiences in hopes of helping siblings of newly diagnosed kids cope with this life-changing event by feeling like they are not alone.
