About the Book
At this time of year the colours of the city can change rapidly. From hour to hour, even from minute to minute. I discovered how green grass, blue skies, and reddish brown texture in an ancient city can instantly transform to a glory of gold. This is why I called Amsterdam 'Golden City of Spring' . These photo's give you an impression of the lively and beautiful capital of the Netherlands. Enjoy!

About the Creator
Ton De Kok
Dundas, Ontario, Canada
The Dutchman Ton de Kok (1962) has been infected by the photography virus since he joined the digital photography classes at the Dundas Valley School of Art in 2008. In the beginning he did not succeed in getting better photo's. They even got worse! The photo's improved when he understood how to use light in a composition by setting the aperture, shutter speed, exposure compensation, ISO and white balance. His work changed from taking to making photo's. Nowadays he lives with his partner in Canada.
