In preparing for a family reunion, we have been asked to bring an item to be auctioned, the proceeds going towards the common costs.



Well, this is my attempt to bring together my own personal perspective of being one of the Small cousins. It has also given me a vehicle to tell an often told story about an adventure in Mexico. It was an event that changed a few lives and is an example how seemingly small things from Small cousins can make an incredibly large impact.



I hope you will enjoy what is inside. It has been a joy creating this work. I'm also including audio of my Grandmother telling stories and a sample of her collection of 78 records played on the Victorola.
