Photographer Gary Want and Penny tour Canada and Alaska. This 240 page book contains over 400 photos taking in the sights of Toronto, Niagara Falls, Calgary (including the stampede) and the Canadian Rockies (Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper). From there they take the Rocky Mountaineer on the Gold Rush route to Quesnel, Whistler and on to Vancouver to cruise on the ms Nieuw Amsterdam to Tracey Arm Inlet, Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, Glacier bay to experience the wilds of Alaska and see lots of glaciers, whales and bears. From there it back to Victoria to visit Butchart Gardens and Capilano Suspension Bridge park before returning home to Brisbane.
