    About the Book

    Edit

Over fifty pages of colorful works by American-Venezuelan visual artist Arturo Correa. He has achieved remarkable success during 22 years of an artistic career.
In 1996, Correa graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He subsequently relocated to New York City and earned a Master of Arts degree with a major in Painting at New York University.
Museums, galleries, and international art fairs have witnessed over fifty individual and group exhibitions of this prolific visual artist. Furthermore, a vast number of Correa’s works belong to prominent collectors around the world. Today, Correa’s paintings can be seen sharing walls next to great masters like Robert Rauschenberg, Fernando Botero, Armando Reverón, and Jasper Johns.
As a highly respected mid-career artist, Arturo Correa legitimately carries the torch and follows the path of late 20th and early 21st century post-modernist masters such as Bob Rauschenberg, David Salle, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Francesco Clemente.
