Elayne Lockhart, M.Ed. is a professional genealogist and family historian who has actively researched her own ancestry for over 35 years. She retired early from her 35-year career as a college counsellor to set up her own genealogy business in Toronto. Her great joy has been uncovering untold family stories visiting fascinating locals and meeting new relatives and other wonderful people during her research.
