Have you ever wondered how Tim Tams were made?
Well this story dates back to 1884 and the day was Christmas morning.
It began on a hill just outside of Ballarat where two guys, one called Tim
and one called Tam found an edible chocolate biscuit. But it was gold!
And that is where our story starts!
