Precarious Illusion Yellow Spring.
A presentation of ready-made’s in an outdoor installation with photos that bring new thought and meaning to the concept of ready-made.
Choosing a useful functional object (in this case a yellow internet cable coil) and placing it into a new context that changes and or cancels the intent of the object. My use of a 21st century object in ancient architectural details, questions the act of seeing. I made use of the streets of Parma, Italy with its quirky streets, along with various locations in England and Ireland. My thanks to the history and time contained in the various sites.
