About the Book
For nearly three decades Project HOME has provided housing, medical care and educational and employment opportunities to Philadelphia's homeless. Studio Incamminati is an art academy where students master drawing and painting from life through a rigorous four-year curriculum.
The two nonprofits collaborated to give Project HOME residents the opportunity to learn classical drawing. This book includes portraits by Studio Incamminati artists of Project HOME residents and biographies of and drawings by the Project HOME residents portrayed.
The portraits, biographies and artwork honor the artistic achievement and lives of Project HOME artists.
