The Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Theory says that every possibility plays out, and that means that somewhere out there, there is a version of you who, luckily, never dies. They just keep going. If this is all true (which it is) that means that there are actually infinite versions of you out there who just keep on living forever. This book only covers the lives of people named "Ben" who live forever though and, weirdly, many of them are the same Ben.
