Stories of the Soul Sisters is a compilation of stories from our online Mother’s Group – Due in January 2017 Australian Mums. This book is full of our heartaches, hurdles, triumphs and the les- sons we have learnt over our first year of motherhood. It is raw, powerful and honest. We have written a book that we wish had been around when we were in the depths of “new-motherhood”. All proceeds from the sale of Stories of the Soul Sisters will be going to PANDA – Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Australia. PANDA have been a huge support to the women in our group, as many of us have struggled with mental health issues before, during and after pregnancy. The money that PANDA receive goes towards further research into PND, as well as supporting women and their families, and providing resources to health professionals.
