About the Book
The original concept of this book was to collaborate with an informal critique group of photo enthusiasts to create a portfolio of photographs showcasing their vision. Each co-author provided a small yet diverse sample of their personal work, along with an introduction to each chapter and commentary included with their images.

About the Creator
David Peterson
Walnut Creek, California, United States
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, my passion for photography began mid-way through my college career. Within two weeks I knew this would be my chosen profession. So began my study of black and white photography from f/64 West Coast photographers Ansel Adams, Brett Weston, Don Worth, Jack Welpot and John Sexton. An avid backpacker since childhood, I combined my love for the outdoors with the pursuit of my visual expression of the natural landscape. All images herein were faithfully taken as represented by nature.
