About the Book
This Collector's Edition of Rupert Rules is more than a children’s book. It’s a story that can be treasured and read, year after year, by many generations of the family. It describes how a beautiful bunny rabbit appeared and taught a group of friends universal life lessons. The brief text is designed for children’s comprehension, yet it provokes questions and opportunities for discussions among all readers. The full-page photographs by Richard Nodine feature the actual Rupert Rabbit. Yes, this is a true story and Rupert really lives in San Francisco. He is a dark gray rabbit with a dramatic white flair on his left forequarter. He is photographed in his white-on-white palace (bedroom). This gives the book a dramatic black and white aura, although perceptive viewers will realize it is actually in full-color. Most important, Rupert’s wide variety of expressions beautifully illustrate the text. The book's size is 12"x12". The quality paper, insightful photos, superb typography and classic hard cover make this a spectacular coffee table book. Printed in the USA this is a Collector's limited 1st edition of only 150 copies.
We hope that this book and Rupert’s teachings bring joy to every reader and all generations.
