About the Book
This is a family history photo book created especially for Jessie's direct descendants. It tells the story from the arrival of the Greenwood's in 1851 until Jessie's death in 1933 with accounts of the war service of her four sons, one of whom died at Fromelles on the words day in Australia's history. It draws on historical research and oral history related by her granddaughter Ellen Murray (nee Bullen).

After a professional life in Queensland Schools, Universities, TAFE and the Public Service, Meredith is now enjoying an active retirement in a Lifestyle Resort on the Fraser Coast. Her main passion is teaching philosophy to U3A seniors via Zoom; aqua aerobics and stained glass art. She maintains special interests in philanthropy, animal activism, family history, genetic genealogy, digital art, writing and publishing.
