About the Book
This book was created under the felt weight of a shift towards inward-looking. divisive and often hostile populist reactions to the current economic and refugee crisis. What can photographs gathered in a book offer in response? Whilst there are no answers to be found in these images, their pairings and sequencing may, however, trigger associations and reflections as we search for any light seeping through the cracks.
