The purpose of this book is to inspire and motivate the people to eat healthy, expand their nutritional choices, avoid processed and packaged foods, and simply enjoy taking care of themselves.
My recipes are inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine with additions of other European influences, as well as South American, North African and Asian touches.
The recipe selection has been carefully prepared to make sure that people with health restrictions, as well as personal and religious eating preferences, will find a wide range of suitable choices.
I have divided all the recipes into 6 main groups, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Desserts, Snacks and Beverages, in order to provide you with delicious options from morning till evening and from eating at home, to grabbing a snack on the go.
