The second volume of Painting San Diego contains over 100 plein-air paintings and some on-site sketches Keiko selected out of more than 300 pieces she created after the first volume was published in 2014. Each painting is accompanied by a photo of the location to show how Keiko interpreted the scene. Paintings are categorized into 4 sections: Urban Area and Bayside, Inland Hills and Mountains, Coastal Lagoons and Beaches, and Historical Past and Present.
