About the Creator
Humanitarian photographer based in New York City, Sasha is known for his ability to capture subjects and bear witness with respect to emotion and light. In a statement made to accompany works sold to a private collection, he remarked, "It is to these lives and their respective environments that I’ve become sensitive as to how my snap and shutter can both inform and reform, all the same. It is to this realization that has brought me to focus on capturing the interplay between emotion and light. In my work, I examine how these transcend borders, how they influence behavior, and ultimately inform one another." Sasha has photographed for Worldwide Orphan Foundation, the Trevor Project, UNICEF, and has published works available on Apple Books, Amazon, and Blurb.
