Emma was a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines from July 2015 to September 2017. During her time there, she wanted to keep in touch with friends and family, and she also wanted to document her experiences in a more concrete way than just mulling over everything in her head. The solution to both of these needs came in the form of a (more or less) weekly email “blog” that she sent to a ~select few~ (read: anyone who expressed mild interest). Although it has been some time coming, these emails are now conveniently compiled for your enjoyment (she hopes!).
