My home is nestled on small lake in South Florida not far from the Florida Everglades. We have many wildlife neighbors right in the backyard. Having food, water and shelter such as trees, grass, and bushes - wildlife thrives. You can observe, up close, Florida’s native and invasive species including birds, ducks, mammals, insects, arachnids, amphibians and reptiles. All the images were taken in our backyard, in close range - no more than 100 yards.
Their beauty was mostly captured during the “golden hour” after sunrise or before sunset, and during twilight, the “blue hour” - when light reflection is brilliant and colors are vivid.
