Harmony Tree Studio teaches yoga and group exercise instructor training courses associated with the Manitoba Fitness Council, Ontario Fitness Council and Canadian Yoga Alliance. Owner, Sheena Kilpatrick has been teaching fitness classes since 1997. She graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. Sheena went on to complete her 500 hour Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga Instructor in India. She also also completed additional 50 hours of yoga training in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark, 20 hours in Restorative Yoga and 75 hours in Pre and Post Natal Yoga. She is also a Pilates instructor, Exercise Physiologist (CSEP) and Personal Trainer.
