About the Book
Set in war torn Rhodesia and South Africa this is the engaging story of a young doctor who fought in the Rhodesian bush war and experienced the political turmoil of the transition of these countries. Including war diaries, rare photographs, encounters with wild animals and dangerous mine rescues, this dramatic and often humerous journey of self reinvention from shy, bullied introvert to executive manager is filled with life changing philosophy and thought provoking quotations.
