About the Book
Moulin du Goth is a 13th Century mill that has been renovated to become a B and B. I photographed the building, it's contents and the grounds and ponds. It is a magical place and I tried to see the reflections of the past and the strangeness of the dark places.

About the Creator
Allan Chawner
Newcastle/NSW/Australia
Allan has exhibited widely in Australia and internationally in France, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, China & New Zealand. Allan researches the possibilities for photography to explore identity both nationally and internationally and constructs journey like montages that may stretch to sixty meters in length. He has worked on collaborative projects with the Song Company, a national touring organization, and the Melbourne Recital Centre providing images that accompany musical performances. Dr Allan Chawner is a Conjoint Professor in Photomedia/Fine Art at the University of Newcastle, Australia.
