About the Book
Our base for photography is always the spectacular, Dewi Nusantara Liveaboard. Simply put, she is a class unto herself. Our book documents the building of Dewi, a longtime dream of ship builder, Guido Brink whose concept lead to the construction of this mythical 180 ft. ironwood schooner. Born on the remote banks of Kalimantan, in Indonesian Borneo, she was hand built using traditional tools by expert shipwrights and craftsmen. It is a fascinating story and one we hope will leave you wanting to join a future cruise.

About the Creator

Their travels have taken them to some of the most unique and ecologically rich places in the world including, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania, Maldives, Palau, Jamaica, Mexico, Honduras, Honduras, the Bahamas and their own backyard the California coast. Their passion for underwater exploration, marine biodiversity and underwater photography has been translated into a new series of dive travel and species Identification books.
