In the first chapter of this hilarious movie series, an unstoppable computer virus temporarily strikes random targets all over the world in what appears to be a prelude to a much larger attack. Several agencies that span the globe and who were once enemies, join forces to learn what is going on and to stop it before it is too late.

In the process, a screwed up group of eccentric, mismatched, and inept characters are unexpectedly dragged into the mission and continuously sabotage themselves in their efforts to try and stop the evil villain known only as 'The Hammer' from setting his diabolical plan of world domination in motion.
