His mission: build 5,000 affordable homes over 25 years using prefab homes costing $30,000–$40,000 each, including land and community spaces—requiring $180–$220 million. I help assess repair costs and potential returns, and I work with investors, lenders, and partners to explore financing options. I support renovations with trusted contractors, focusing on safety and practical improvements, and help manage risk with insurance and legal guidance. My goal is to contribute to affordable housing, job creation, and stronger communities.
