I currently reside in Ottawa Ontario with my husband Mario, and our cats Misha and Drax.
I have worked for the Department of National Defence for over 20 years. I truly enjoy cooking and travel and I try to combine both these activities as often as possible. I have been fortunate enough to train formally at the Cordon Bleu both in Ottawa, and in Paris.
Most recently have become a certified Olive Oil Sommelier.
