About

Brian Jax Rinaldi, sometimes known simply as Jax, is a 25-year-old photographer and writer from Cleveland, Ohio. Photography has been a central thread in his life for over eight years. In addition to his artistic pursuits, he is deeply involved in the world of recovery and is a passionate advocate for mental health and healing from trauma.


Jax is currently working on his first novel, The Color of Butterflies, and has self-published a photography book titled About Life and Death in the Midwest. His partner, writer Hayley Hammerstrom, and he collaborated on their first book together, A Blue Pink Cloud, which is a collection of Hayley's poetry and Brian's photography.


Brian Jax Rinaldi has a profound love for symbols, nature, and abandoned places, but above all, he cherishes color.
