About
I am a 17 year old based out of Chula Vista, California. I have always been highly involved in sports, working out, and government. A couple of years ago, I started to develop a passion for cooking and baking. This passion began when my mom went out of town for a week, and someone had to cook to provide fresh food on the table. I decided to take on the challenge and fell in love with the process of creating delicious food for others to enjoy.
Since then, one of my favorite ways to pass the time is experimenting in the kitchen. I typically experiment with protein rich foods like, red and white meat. I had two goals in mind for this cookbook. First, was to express my 3 cultures: Argentine, Mexican, and American. Second, was to create food that can be easily prepared without taking too much time.
