About
Sabina Saad, a multidisciplinary conceptual artist, was born in 1950 in Milan,
Italy, to Holocaust survivor parents. She studied art and embarked on her journey
as an artist in Italy. She immigrated to Israel on her own in 1969, and met Yehuda,
her future husband. For two decades, they worked together on the family farm
they had built with their own hands.
With the decline of the agriculture sector and following the call of the muse, she
returned to art at the age of 40 and took a course in art instruction at the Israel
Museum in Jerusalem. She has remained an active artist ever since.
