My name is chef Mohamed Saha restaurant is closed now cause of Covid we had amazing 12 years the restaurant was a foodie destination I had the pleasure meeting a lot of them and I promise I will make Saha cook book so here is half finishing the other half soon its great book has a lot off our favourite recipes from all over the Middle East mostly Yemen some off them very old recipes they used to be my Favourites when I was younger so I recreate them lil more testier and lighter the book also full off gluten free and vegan recipes in the book there is a lot signature recipes that I worked hard at Saha to create them people really loved them and they always ask me to right a book also the story’s what inspired me to create the recipes some off them going back to my childhood in Yemen remembering my mother used make them for us and some recipes inspired by me leaving in the beautiful city of San Francisco its full of great restaurants so the book new modern way off Arabic food enjoy M
