Born in Mexico City, Pat was adopted at just 8 months of age by a Canadian couple. His world has ceased to be in motion ever since! On Chef Pat’s 4th birthday he was given a toy kitchen, and this is where his love for cooking was born.
He has since earned his diploma in Food & Beverage Management from George Brown College and worked in a multitude of culinary roles including a position alongside award-winning Chef Jason Bangerter of Auberge du Pommier.
As the founder of Munchy Brothers, Chef Pat has been experimenting and cooking with cannabis for more than 15 years. Munchy Brothers is a cannabis CPG company that specializes in providing the world with cannabis-infused ingredients that turn any food into an edible.
Pat launched his first cookbook, Game Changers, in 2021.
Pat is based in Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
