Twin Palms received Additional exposure when photographed by renowned architectural photographer Julius Shulman, featured in Julius Shulman: Palm Springs.
Sinatra moved out in 1953, the same year filming was completed on from here to eternity. He sold twin palms to elsinore machlis who kept the house for a year and then sold it. Hugh and maurine young, big Sinatra fans, became the new owners and remained at twin palms for over 40 years.
In 1997 in a state of disrepair, Twin Palms was sold for $137,000 to marc Sanders, a landscape architect.
