This book is about my personal experience through my lowest stages of depression. Throughout the book are some inspirational quotes that I have found in a number of different places. I believe this book will help those that are suffering and those that are supporting close loved ones who are suffering, I have gained a much better understanding on how to manage depression and hope that this book does the same for anyone who reads it.
